(4) Keep the oil temperature too high. In general, the oil temperature of hydraulic system of hydraulic press shall be kept at 150℃ as appropriate. Excessive oil temperature will bring a series of adverse consequences.
The increase of oil temperature will dilute the oil, increase leakage and reduce system efficiency. Oil works at higher temperatures and tends to deteriorate. In order to avoid too high oil temperature, in addition to taking measures to avoid oil heating design (such as unloading oil pump and volume adjustment method using high-power system), it is also necessary to consider whether the oil tank has sufficient heat dissipation capacity. If necessary, additional cooling devices can be added.
