Move the throttle to the Wide Open Throttle position, the voltage should gradually change from 0.5 to 4.5 volts. If the voltage is not correct, replace the throttle position sensor.

Secure the kick panel into place with the fasteners and screwdriver.

Reconnect the negative battery cable with the socket and ratchet.
